DARK KNIGHT RISES Viral In Full Swing!! First Look At BANE!

Holy shit, it’s already started.

The chanting this morning was analyzed, and revealed to be a Twitter hashtag: #TheFireRises.

Everyone who retweeted it, and then went to http://www.thedarkknightrises.com/image saw a picture slowly populating by the Twitter icons of everyone who retweeted it. The end result? Ladies and gentleman…BANE.

Looks way, way better than I expected, and Tom Hardy looks HUGE.

This viral stunt is very similar to the initial one from The Dark Knight, where visits slowly revealed the first image of Heath Ledger as The Joker.
