The Raw Reactor #040: Orton Screwed Barney (Out Of The Title)

[powerpress]

Jesus Christ.

So, SummerSlam happened. And it was actually kind of great. I dug the matches for the most part. Even Orton vs. Christian. Cesar hated it because he hates Christian, but I think he put on a good show, and sold getting his ass handed to him like a champ. Their feud appears to be over (for now), and if recent pictures are any indication we know Orton’s next feud.

Orton vs. Barney?
Bah gawd, whatta slobberknocker.

But the big issue is Punk vs. Cena. Holy shit, this match was awesome. They beat the hell out of each other. Punk won, though Cena had a foot on the rope. It didn’t really matter…because Kevin fucking Nash wanders in, hits Punk with a Jackknife Powerbomb, and then calmly saunters off while Alberto Del Rio runs in to cash in his Money In The Bank contract on Punk.

So we start a new Raw Reactor with Del Rio as the champion, and no clue what this means for Punk and Cena. Sigh.

As an aside, we had some technical difficulties; this week, the podcast begins roughly 10 minutes into Raw. Don’t worry, you didn’t miss..well, anything. But we hope you enjoy the podcast. If you do, be sure to LIKE us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, buy the–wait, we don’t have any t-shirts. Damn. Would t-shirts be something you guys would be interested in? Let us know.

Also, we mention an Alex Riley video. We synced up his entrance video to Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up”. Here’s the result of that.
