Sabu Hospitalized

Former WWE Superstar and ECW Alumni Sabu has been hospitalized after what’s being reported as an allergic reaction to medication he had taken. Sabu, birth name Terry Brunk, was found unresponsive in his hotel room after promoters were unable to reach him. He had been staying at the hotel while preparing for ECW’s “Extreme Reunion”, but was unable to make the event.

Sabu has had a long and storied career which ncluded runs in TNA, WWE and as an original member of the first ECW roster, where he won the ECW World Heavyweight Championship twice, as well as holding Tag titles with Taz and Rob Van Dam. However, some fans may know him more from his frequent appearances in Maffew’s Botchamania series.
