Alberto Del Rio out of title match at No Way Out?

It looks like Alberto Del Rio managed to find a way out. The former WWE Champion and 2011 Royal Rumble winner was scheduled to face Sheamus for the World Heavyweight Championship this Sunday night at No Way Out, but reports came in that Del Rio suffered what is being called a “severe concussion” earlier this week, and there was concern that Del Rio wouldn’t be able to perform at the PPV.

We’ve just heard from sources that the WWE has sent out a breaking news text, stating that Del Rio would be unable to compete.

A new #1 Contender will be named tonight on Raw, but with the severely lacking star power of the WWE right now (Orton, Jericho and Mysterio are all suspended and unable to compete), who could the WWE possibly have in store for the match?
