There isn’t a lot that can be said about Harold Ramis’ passing that hasn’t been already said, so we don’t really try to but it would be irresponsible of us not to acknowledge it. If you’ve listened to the show at all or talked to Mike and I on Twitter, you know we’re huge, huge, HUGE Ghostbusters fans, literally growing up on the movie. When I was a kid, I had all the toys. The Proton Pack, Ghost Trap, PKE Meter…hell, I’ve still got a plush Sta-Puft Marshmallow Man around here somewhere. We grew up on military bases, and as we were being inspected while moving out, I was running around the now empty house in full Ghostbuster attire trying to bust me some ghosts.

“You know, it’s probably not healthy to let him believe the Boogeyman is in the closet.” the lady doing the inspection said.

“Ma’am, I’m going to be honest with you,” my mother said, “he’s going to be disappointed if I tell him the Boogeyman isn’t in the closet.”

Rest in peace, Egon. Mike and I also talk about the fervent insanity that is Ressha Sentai ToQGer. We’ll see you next week.
