Classic ROBOCOP returns via Boom

Even though it didn’t necessarily light up the box office, I really dug last year’s Robocop reboot/revamp. It wasn’t a terribly ambitious project, but it had heart, and was just distant enough from classic Robocop to feel fresh and interesting. But if like many you’re still hung up on the classic Peter Weller vehicle, you’re in luck: Boom Studios is bringing it back, this page will tell you more about it. Writer Joshua Williamson (GhostedVoodoo) and artist Carlos Magno (Planet of the ApesDeathmatch) return to the hyper violent classic with an original story taking place after the first film. The book hits stands July 2nd, but you can check out some preview pages below.
