Marvel just unveiled the year’s best cover

Okay, so I owned an issue of…I think it was Fantastic Four in the 90s that was my first exposure to The Avnegers. Unfortunately for me, it wasn’t The Avengers you’ve come to know, it was the Black Knight led D Squad team that are less known for their stories and more known for their brown jackets that have aged terribly. This is the era of Avengers that EVERYONE makes fun of.

But nostalgia is just a thing you can buy 10 years later because it makes you think you didn’t always hate everything, despite the fact that you hated that exact thing 10 years ago. And thus, I give you the best cover of the year: the Steve Epting drawn Marvel ’92 variant cover to BLACK KNIGHT #2

I really hope we get more Marvel ’92 variants. Armor Cap or Nu Metal Thor, anyone?
