Yet again, the incredibly awesome folks at Archaia Comics have sent us an exclusive preview; this one of MOUSE GUARD: LEGENDS OF THE GUARD #1.

I love Archaia’s stuff and, though I’m woefully behind and have not read much of it, I dig the idea of Mouse Guard. It’s got some gorgeous art, and is something unique and interesting.

Legends of the Guard is a new Mouse Guardanthology series featuring the work of artists and storytellers handpicked by series creator David Petersen. Featured in this issue are stories by Jeremy Bastian (Cursed Pirate Girl), Alex Sheikman (Robotika) and Ted Naifeh (Courtney Crumrin and the Night Things).

A former military brat, Christopher currently studies Journalism at a local college, and aspires to one day finally finishing editing that novel he wrote two years ago. He is currently finishing and seeking an artist for his first comic project, SAVIOUR.
