Uncanny X-Force
Well, go ahead and chalk this one up to “not terribly surprising”. I have to admit that Deadpool catches me off guard, but the new X-Force is pretty much what you expect. On the upside…Fantomex! Right?
The new team, revealed over on Newsarama, debuted today in X-Men: Second Coming #2, which also established that the next mutants since M-Day have appeared, leading to the upcoming story teased in the “A New Generation Of Hope” images.
The new book, Uncanny X-Force, in which the team is assigned to take down a newly resurrected Apocalypse, hits stands this October with Rick Remender writing and Jermoe Opeña pencilling.
A former military brat, Christopher currently studies Journalism at a local college, and aspires to one day finally finishing editing that novel he wrote two years ago. He is currently finishing and seeking an artist for his first comic project, SAVIOUR.
