Derek was out sick last night, so Cesar and I went it alone. After about 30 minutes of technical difficulty, we finally pulled it off. Kind of a lame Raw, to be honest; The Miz and Lawler feud seems to be stronger than the Miz/Morrison feud that should be taking precedence. Then there’s the C.M. Punk/Cena feud. We’re huge Punk marks here, so we were pretty excited about it, up until last night’s turn of events, which seem to spell Punk getting demolished by the end of this feud. We’re not terribly happy about that. Listen to our thoughts and general nonsensical banter during this week’s RAW Reactor!

Trailer for Stan Lee’s THE GUARDIAN PROJECT
I’m getting more and more intrigued by this Guardian Project. I’m not a hockey fan, mind you, but the idea of 30 different heroes is intriguing, and I’m curious to see how this whole shebang pans out. That said, we’ve got a teaser trailer for the project now, and a second official press release. More info on The Guardian Project, including how to vote for which hero debuts first, can be found on http://www.guardianproject30.com/. Hit the Read More link to view the newest press release.

(Cover) Luc Jacamon2054. Douglas Pistoia is desperately looking for work, but only a private military contracting firm, Multicorps Security, has offered him a job. Soon after he signs up, the UN decides to outsource its peacekeeping missions, and Multicorps wins the first bid, propelling Douglas into a war that is not his own—a highly sophisticated war broadcast worldwide by the soldiers themselves thanks to the micro-cameras in their helmets. They are called the Cyclops. Douglas plays the game, and slowly emerges as both a unit leader and a media celebrity, but how far will he go in exploring the boundaries between war and peacekeeping, news and entertainment? From the same creative team that brought you the Eisner Award-nominated crime noir THE KILLER comes this new look at war and the media in the near future…
Why Johnny Storm Is Going To Die In “3″
A member of the Fantastic Four is slated to die very, very soon in Jonathan Hickman and Steve Epting’s “3″ storyline which concludes next month, the aftermath of which is now being actively teased by Marvel Comics. This isn’t anything new to the team; Reed Richards famously died in the mid-80′s (he got better), and team members have gone on sabbaticals previously and been replaced by substitute members, most famously She-Hulk replacing The Thing after Marvel’s Secret Wars event.
The only question now is “who will die”? Well, I’ve done some research, and I think I’ve solved this mystery.
Right now, Reed Richards is off with Galactus, who is pissed because he found the dead body of a future Galactus and is showing concern for Reed’s son. Sue Richards has traveled to Atlantis to help Namor with peace talks; they’ve since gone terribly awry. Ben Grimm has taken an experimental serum with no known side effects that has yet to be tested, but has turned him human. And Johnny Storm?
Yes, while the rest of his teammates have been placed in a situation where they’re about to die, Johnny Storm is eating sandwiches and driving Ben Grimm to booty calls. It’s pretty much a case of misdirection; we’re so busy thinking about everyone else that we’ve forgotten that Johnny isn’t actually in danger right now, so we won’t see his death coming. This is all pretty much speculation, mind you, but I’m fairly certain that Johnny Storm is about to bite the green burrito of death.
PRESS RELEASE: Stan Lee’s New GUARDIAN Project
Stan Lee’s a busy man.
In addition to his current work with Boom! Studios, Mr. Lee is working on the GUARDIAN project, which will consist of 30 superheroes…each one based around an NHL team. Now, I’m sure that like me, you may read that and say “But…that’s hockey”. Rest assured, I’m certain somewhere, someone is saying “But…those are comic books”. That said, I’ll definitely give this one a chance. It is Stan Lee, after all.
Official press release follows. We’ll bring you more information as we get it.

KID’S COMICS DAY December 4th!
Now here’s something pretty cool: numerous creators of children’s comic titles (including Fraggle Rock‘s Sam Humpries and Darkwing Duck‘s Ian Brill) will be doing a little workshop to show kids how comics are made. This is the kind of thing that shows how well comics are doing in this day and age, I feel; something like this probably wouldn’t have been very popular when I was little.
Press release that follows contains all the details. If any of our readers go, be sure to leave us a comment and let us know how it went!
