In the wake of Cataclysm, the mega-event which is said to reshape the entire Ultimate Universe as Galactus tears his way through Earth, it looks like there’s going to be quite a few shake-ups; namely a new team of Ultimates led by Miles Morales, the All-New Ultimate Spider-Man.
“Once again, we’re destroying something and building something new, but there’s an end game in sight. We created the line to take chances.” Marvel’s Editor-in-chief Axel Alonso told the Associated Press. (Source)
It’s not the first time the Ultimate Universe has been shaken up. The vast majority of Mutant characters were killed during the 2008 event Ultimatum, and just last year the landscaped was changed during a massive Ultimates event that saw Captain America made President.
