The DC Reboot: “Green Lantern Corps”, “Red Lanterns” Covers Revealed

We were looking forward to writing about something different today too, but alas, DC released two of the three unreleased covers over the weekend.

First up is Green Lantern Corps #1, from Peter J. Tomasi, Fernado Pasarin and Scott Hanna. As you can see by the cover art, not much has changed, however Kyle Rayner has been swapped for John Stewart (Rayner will be headlining the new series Green Lantern: The New Guardians.)

And finally there’s Red Lanterns #1, from Peter Milligan, Ed Benes and Rob Hunter. The book, focusing on the fan favorite Red Lantern Corps, looks to at least be a very different title, but with Milligan helming it should at least be a very good title.

As of now, 51 of the 52 titles have relaunch covers; we’re still waiting on art for Green Lantern: The New Guardians, which I expect we’ll see in the next week or so. We’ll update when we get our hands on it.
