The Comic Shop, Pilot #1 — Josh Trujillo (‘Love Machines’)

I have for years received offers to interview comics creators, but always found the task quite terrifying. Strangers? Ah! But as I seek to add diversity to the web site, I’ve decided to give it a shot. And so begins the first of two planned pilot episodes for a new series of podcasts, “The Comic Shop”, where I’ll chit chat with comics creators. I am by no means an interview, so it may take some time to find my footing. Which is why this is happening as a few pilots to see how it sounds before committing to a full run of it.

For our first run, I talked to my good friend Josh Trujillo. He’s just begun releasing a series of stories as part of his anthology, “Love Machines”, which is available in his Etsy shop in print and recently made it’s print debut at WonderCon. It’s a really great set of stories that I can’t recommend highly enough. Buy a copy here, then hop over to Twitter and let him know what you thought.

And of course, leave a comment here or send me a tweet over on @TheHomeWorld with what you thought of the show. I look forward to hearing from you.
